I met Jules several years ago before she opened Ozskyn. I was booked in for a treatment, which I had had done before by a local clinic with a few bad experiences and poor results.

When I first met Jules at Ozskyn my first impression was this lady knows her stuff!

I was in my early fifties when I first got up the nerve to go and see someone about my skin. From the outset she made me feel very comfortable and asked me what my concerns were. I told her various things I was not happy with starting with the tone of my skin, fine lines, and sagging areas.

At no time did she push me into anything, but instead said that getting good skin is a process that cant be fixed overnight, in the same way my skin did not become its current condition overnight. So I asked her to put together a 'to do list' of sorts, firstly by waking my skin up , and addressing things one at a time.

I love Jules because she is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and has a less is more approach. Sadly some cosmetic practitioners do not have attitude, as it is all about charging exorbitant prices and not listening to their client.

I feel that because of Jules approach to skincare she builds up an excellent rapport with her clients who trust her totally knowing she also has their best interest in mind.

I first meet Julie Cann when my skin needed help. That first time was over 4 years ago.

Since that time my skin has never looked so good.

I really like Julie's approach: she is not pushy with the products, she gives great advice, she knows her stuff, she has great products and uses great tools.

I think she is great at her job. I would also say that I find Julie to be a nice person and very easy to talk there isn't anything she doesn't know about how to make my skin look better.

I highly recommend that anyone thinking of having a skin treatment at Ozskyn go and do it.
